If you're in the mood for a movie, check out Lola Montes at SIFF Cinema. Originally produced in 1955 and later restored, the film characterizes the life of a beautiful young dancer as depicted through a series of flashbacks. On a higher note, Seattle Opera's production of Bluebeard's Castle with Erwartung opens tomorrow at McCaw Hall. Rounding out the weekend, National Geographic Live! presents Lisa Ling: Open Heart, Open Mind at Benaroya Hall on Sunday and Monday. Lisa Ling has served as a correspondent for both the National Geographic Channel and the Oprah Show; in this lecture, she'll share some of her most meaningful experiences.
